How You Get Drafted.

You don't sign up for All Pro. You get drafted. Here's exactly how it works.

Draft Card: Takes a few minutes. No cost, no strings.
Front Office Review: we look at what you've built, what you bring to your teammates, and whether you fit the culture.
Draft Day Interview: a casual, recorded conversation so our board hears it straight from you.
Board Vote: our board reviews every interview and votes on every pick.
Draft Class: if it's a yes, you're drafted into the next class. Seats in every class are limited, so the room stays tight.

We turn down good people. It's the only way the room stays worth being in.

Easiest thing you'll do all day. Fill out your draft card. It takes about 30 seconds, it's free and there's zero commitment, so no, we're not about to charge your card. That puts you on the waitlist for upcoming suite nights.

Then do yourself a favor and finish your Scouting Report on the next page. It bumps you up the waitlist, puts you on the draft board and tells us what you actually want out of this, so we're not guessing.

Submit Your Draft Card

Two things. First, the resume: you're running a multi-million dollar business, managing a multi-million dollar portfolio, you've had a $5M+ exit, or you're a current or former pro athlete doing the same or working toward it.

Second, and honestly the bigger one: you're not a jerk. You share your playbooks, you can take advice without getting defensive, you love sports and your family comes first. Plenty of people have the numbers. Not everyone gets the jersey.

Evaluation. Our front office looks over your draft card and Scouting Report. Yes or no, you'll hear from us either way. No ghosting.
Draft Day interview. If you're draft eligible, we'll set up a casual call to get to know you, on and off the field. Watch for a text and a call from a "719" number. That's us, not your car's extended warranty.
Board vote. Your interview goes to our board, and they vote on every single pick.

So how do we decide? Fit over flash. What you've built, what you'd bring to the room, and whether the rest of the locker room would actually want to sit next to you for three hours at a game. We draft in monthly classes with limited seats.
